If you have an issue with the packing or slab condition just request a return and we will provide you with a free return shipment label and provide you with a full refund once the item is returned.

Return Policy

We offer a no questions asked, 30-day return policy on most sales. We feel 30 days is more than enough time to view in hand any collectable item and determine if it fits into your collection. Lot, bulk roll, or bagged coin sales, and Supplies are sold as imaged with no return.

Shipping

Items won that are paid by 11:30 AM EST Mon-Fri are shipped the same day most of the time, and we strive to ship everything within 24 hours of payment.

Combined Shipping

We do combined shipping on most multi-unit sales won or bought within 24 hours. Please contact us in regard to what shipping discounts may be applicable, as weight, size and overall value come into play.
